ABOUT US
Sunrise Place Homeowners Association is the group of property owners belonging to Sunrise Place Subdivision, a 48 lot development located near Vancouver in Clark County, WA.
​
Formed in 2006, the Association ensures community integrity by taking care of specific common expenses including, mowing, landscaping & irrigation, gutter & roof cleaning, boundary fencing, storm water facilities, parks, monuments, fountains, and common area utilities.
​
Monthly dues range from $68-$124 depending on lot size and total landscaping square footage.
​
The Association meets annually to elect a Board of Directors, who take care of day-to-day operations, hold monthly public meetings, update homeowners on progress, and address concerns.

Responsibilities:

Chief officer of the Association, presides over Association and Board meetings, appoints committees, monitors landscaping, irrigation system, and common area maintenance, delegates duties among Board members

Treasurer
Responsibilities:
​
Oversees Association funds, pays association expenses, keeps on file a full and accurate account of all financial records, prepares and delivers monthly financial reports for Association and Board meetings

Responsibilities:
​
Assumes responsibility of President in his/her absence, assists other Board members in completing their responsibilities as needed, performs tasks assigned by the President, Board, or Association, hosts monthly Board meetings

Keeps and records minutes of Association and Board meetings, compiles, stores, and ensures governing documents are readily available, maintains a complete and up to date list of all Association members
